1. Where does AetherJ ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to international shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to the following regions:

5. What if my package does not arrive?

At AetherJ, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and transparent delivery experience. Each order undergoes a carefully managed two-stage process to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Stage 1: Quality Inspection & Initial Dispatch
Your jewelry is carefully prepared and undergoes a final quality inspection at our facility. It is then securely packaged and dispatched to our logistics partner in Shanghai.
Stage 2: International Shipping
Upon arrival in Shanghai, your order enters the international shipping network. You will receive two confirmation emails—one when your order leaves our studio, and another when it is handed to the international carrier.
