1. Where does AetherJ ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to international shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to the following regions:

- Indonesia

3. What is the estimated delivery time?
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Note: This estimate excludes potential delays from customs, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)

- Standard Shipping Time: 10–20 business days
- Please note: Shipments to South America and the Russian Federation may experience extended transit times of over one month due to logistical and customs procedures.

5. What if my package does not arrive?

Your jewelry is carefully prepared and undergoes a final quality inspection at our facility. It is then securely packaged and dispatched to our logistics partner in Shanghai.
Stage 2: International Shipping
Upon arrival in Shanghai, your order enters the international shipping network. You will receive two confirmation emails—one when your order leaves our studio, and another when it is handed to the international carrier.
