1. Where does AetherJ ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to international shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to the following regions:

• Philippines
• Indonesia
• Cuba
• Iran
• Sudan
• Syria

We apologize for any inconvenience and are actively working to expand our shipping network.

2. What are the shipping costs?

• For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.
• Pro Tip: We regularly offer site-wide free shipping promotions during major sale events. Stay tuned for updates!

3. What is the estimated delivery time?

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Note: This estimate excludes potential delays from customs, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days
• Standard Shipping Time: 10–20 business days
• Please note: Shipments to South America and the Russian Federation may experience extended transit times of over one month due to logistical and customs procedures.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to activate and display updates.

5. What if my package does not arrive?

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact our Customer Care team at LiuYM.shopify@outlook.com. We will promptly investigate and offer a resolution, which may include reshipping your items or providing a full refund.

Our Shipping & Quality Assurance Process

Stage 1: Quality Inspection & Initial Dispatch
Your jewelry is carefully prepared and undergoes a final quality inspection at our facility. It is then securely packaged and dispatched to our logistics partner in Shanghai.

Stage 2: International Shipping
Upon arrival in Shanghai, your order enters the international shipping network. You will receive two confirmation emails—one when your order leaves our studio, and another when it is handed to the international carrier.

Our Quality Commitment:
Every piece is handled with utmost care during inspection. To preserve the quality and finish of your jewelry, our specialists use professional, powder-free nitrile gloves throughout the packing process, ensuring your item arrives flawless and ready to wear.
